I like to shoot videos with at least one other person present. Having someone to play off of keeps me light and fun instead of serious and just trying to get all the recipe details out. I have created a mailing list so that I can notify people that I am looking for a volunteer to come, hang out while I shoot, and try food when it is done. Being on camera is completely optional and you can sit and watch the shoot and interact with me and never be on camera. Sometimes I need taste testers to assist me while I am developing a recipe.
